CLAIMS SERVICE

Not all insurers have the same system for notifying them of a loss or putting in a claim. Every company we represent has their own process for reporting a loss in order for an insurance claim to be opened. Some insurers have a 24-Hour Direct Claims telephone number while others prefer you call them or your broker directly.

Before you call, have the name of your insurance company and your policy number ready. Upon reaching an insurance representative you will be asked to provide detailed information about the loss. You will also be told what you can expect once the claim has been opened and given advice as to what to do in the meantime.
